None beyond what you choose. Sign up and build on your own from minute one. If you want us alongside, book a free 30-minute co-build session; most teams do one for their first agent, but it is entirely optional.

No. The agent builder is visual and designed for operators, not developers. And because we build the first agent with you, your team learns by doing — the people who know the workflow best are the ones best placed to build the agent for it.

Most teams use Askollo's agents, which reach your systems through connectors at the moment you ask. Your documents and records stay where they live: Askollo reads what the agent needs for that request rather than taking in your data corpus. Access runs under the account you connect, so an agent can access what that account can already see. Anything you haven't connected isn't reachable at all.

If you additionally use Askollo's Enterprise Knowledge and Context Layer, you can opt in to sync and process a chosen set of documents. This enables you to build a semantic index for context retrieval, and our Enterprise Context Layer your agents can use to understand how your company works. In this case those documents are transferred into Askollo and stored - contents as well as the vectors and knowledge graphs derived from them - and you decide which collections are included.

Askollo runs on Google Cloud Platform and holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, implementing verified controls including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, least-privilege production access, tenant isolation, audit logging. Full reports, our DPA and our current subprocessor list are available under NDA.
